Irene is a short film for ElevenLabs, created to promote the real-world impact of their groundbreaking voice technology.

The film tells the deeply personal story of Irene Perrin, whose life changed forever after being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. A former headteacher and tour guide at St George’s Chapel, Irene spent her life using her voice to teach, guide and connect with others. Through ElevenLabs’ technology, she has been able to regain something that sounds like her again, restoring not just a voice, but a vital part of her identity, confidence and sense of self.
